Feeling alone with psoriasis?

1 day shy of my 2nd biologic injection. The results from injection one are remarkable, zero flakes, guttate P smooth, scalp & eyelids P 90% gone, anywhere that was flakey is red, anywhere that was red is now smooth skin. No side effects noted. 😊

Has hair color and scalp psoriasis. I get my hair color while I have psoriasis in my scalp. It sure stings a lot! Has anyone experience getting their hair color while having psoriasis in the scalp?

Is phototherapy a difficult process for you guys?

How do you know when 'something' causes your P to flare up? I find the initial action and the later reaction SO far apart. I've done a thousand (possibly bad) things in the meantime! So more correlational than causal from what I can tell. Save me lol

Some people claim that replacing cow's milk with goat's milk in their diets is effective at reducing psoriasis symptoms. Has anyone tried this?

Acceptance has been one of my biggest struggles with P. I am much better now than I have ever been, still have *off* days. What's been your biggest struggle?

Question y’all? What do you use or how do you handle oil residue on your linens and clothes? I ONLY use coconut oil mixed with Teatree oil for my moisturizer daily. I’m typically dry when I go to bed but, I have oil spots on bedding now. HELP!

Now 2 months of my strict diet followed. Almost disappeared all plaques. I am now with completely normal skin. I passed very hard time last 6 months. Now very happy.

Been feeling really depressed , skin is getting red blotchy and itches like hell. Nothing working. Eat the same foods that I've been eating for months. Any suggestions. Don't know how most of you had this your whole life.

I have genital psoriasis so painful, I use a steroid cream to help , but I am so nervous, I think the skin is getting thinner ..any ideas that I could do so I don't have to use theses steroid creams

How do people deal with self confidence in showing off their psoriasis? I'm on meds but my psoriasis particularly on the legs still looks ugly. I want to love summer but my skin just makes me wish for winter

Have any of you had much luck with turmeric? I’ve been taking a high strength supplement for a couple of months with no effect.

Can anyone give me some advise. Started my biologics 2 months ago found it really effective at first but in the last week or 2 find that the itching, burning etc is coming back. Is this a sign its not working.

Hi I had really bad Psoriasis on my arms and gave been using lemon every day and its awesome. Really stops the itchiness. Makes my days much more manageable.

Spent the day at the lake swimming yesterday for the first time this year. I was hesitant, my skin is good but discoloured bits still make me self conscious. After a heart melting pep talk from my boys, 13 & 11 I was able to relax & enjoy myself ❤
