I had a 71 yr old friend tell me recently, he got P on his elbows occasionally. When he was in the army, an old army dr told him to quit eating anything pickled. Said as soon as he did, it all goes away completely? Anybody had any experience on that?

The humidity and heat is high right now. I've had my heart rate monitor go off constantly ( my heart rate goes up). And I ripped major skin off myself while driving to see a client. Now I look like a war zone. Ugh! Humidity bother anyone else?

I am looking for help managing my 13 yr old son's pso. He's sensitive, anxious, stubborn & a super picky eater. I am looking for solutions that are relatively stress free & easy (haha) so that we dont fight about treatment. Help would be appreciated

Hi, kinda new here but what do you all use to control your scalp psoriasis? I'm currently using Avalon shampoo( forgot the correct name) but any way I just hate having to wash my hair so often, styling it is a beast after every wash 😭

Am over the moon to report that after my hospital stay with erythrodermic psoriasis the swelling has gone. I have just had my 5th biologic injection and I am 100% clear !!!!! Back to work on Monday = Happy days. Hope you guys are all well xxx

Has anyone been put on any kind of medication for psoriasis? I’m going back to the dermatologist Friday. This crap is getting out of control. Gotta get some help. The itching is miserable!

I've been going for Ozone Therapy and my skin feels a gazillion times better!! I can HIGHLY recommend it! The size is still the same but the intensity, the redness, has subsided; the itching, burning, tearing and cracking: GONE. I'm so grateful <3
