Anyone get the “regular” skin around a patch of P going a dark grey colour. The patch on my right knee has this, just went like that in the past couple of weeks. It’s not painful or itchy.

I had a really bad flare up this week went to the doctors and he said its because i have a cold has anybody else been told that because sometime i think my doctor just tells me anything .................

It’s been one year since I started on biologics and I remain completely psoriasis free. The hoops I had to jump through to get here though! Worth it in the end. To all of you who are suffering with Psoriasis, consider biologics, it’s changed my life.

I'm doing a biological treatment (3 injections) and I really smoke a lot. Also I drink coffee.
Do you think will I get better if I stop doing this two habits?
And what about healthy diet?

Anyone else have to stop taking a biologic because it was weakening their already weak immune system to much?
