Got my online consultation with my Doctor. She recommended me not to go work. I am taking some medicine and told her about my workplace. She said it would be better and safer if I stay at home. I said ok.
Now what to do? I'm bored. 😂

Hey fellow psoriasians! My doctor prescribed a new type of steroid topical (from a well know brand) that comes in 'foam form'. Rather strange, the only way I can describe is like spraying yourself with antiperspirant. Anyone have experience with it?

Im unable of taking my meds the one I mentioned in my previous post! I keep getting stomachache after consuming it and nauseous throughout the day! I felt the more i have stomachache the more my P increased ! What i did is wrong stopping the med?

My psor is still the same reddish and flare up , but I leave a normal life , I enjoy baking . No restriction, with sugar , with dairy , killing my self slowly hahaha Just kidding . I am fine eating all ! ❤❤

I saw a nutritionist who also do Keniology. I found out that my psoriasis is caused by deficiency in Zinc.. I’m gluten sensitive and need to take probiotics for the gut. In addition I take codliver oil or hemp oil. My skin has noticeable improved.

I had a fall in April last year while on school camp. I did some serious damage to my leg requiring major surgery with a long recovery period. Lots of physiotherapy to go and have had a constant flare since the fall. 299 days off work.

I am m/49 Never had psoriasis in my life.I had Hep A&B vaccine in 2015 suggested by FP as a precautionary measures & I got flares soon after. I believe my Autoimmune condition is caused by vaccine but doctors wont agree & insist its genetical.
