Hi all. I have never written a post. I have had psoriasis for over 40 years. Never had any treatment plan work for me. My new dermatologist is putting me on an injectable biologic. Kind of nervous about it.

I’m trying with everything that’s in me to make living with P easier, it’s just not and it might never be. I’m just so itchy and there’s flaky skin everywhere and my clothes have blood stains all over.

Using Tar shampoo for scalp and use it for soaking and showering... getting some sun.. started to clear... my Dermatologist told me to do this... don’t like the smell... but it works.. I eat sweet potatoes and take vitamin D.

Is it normal to feel bone pain exactly under the Pso place?
Like i have pso on my elbows and knees and suddenly i started feeling pain exactly under them and the pain is felt in bone and recurrent very often!

Hello! Been a while since I have been on. Hope you are all keeping well! I've recently had a flare up. I quit smoking & started with a vape about 4 wks ago. Wondering if the vape is the cause of this Flare up. Anyone experience something similar?

To be honest sometimes I think it would be easier for people with P to date other people with P. Some people without P will never understand and it’s just so much harder to date when you have P. 23 and never been in the dating game

The weather is so bad over here it makes the skin sticky not to mention the humidity unbearable!
P.s: Pso started showing up on my face..and somehow I’m accepting it with a smile on my face thinking of it as a gift from god telling me im different!

Hi, since last visit I have been diagnosed with Psa, severe in feet, treated with injections. The upside is I can walk but pain was so bad I gave up work. Off to Dermatologist today. Hope you are all doing well. Yayyy site is up and running again 😊
