Have the ultrasound on my hand tomorrow before seeing the consultant next week. Was informed today that my problem is not of inflammatory origin. Just have to wait and see but I am relieved it is not inflammation.

Does anyone else find that their plaques are calm in the morning when you wake up but within an hour are red again? Mine always do that.

Brought myself some Dead Sea salt for the bath. It's recommended for Psoriasis. Tried it last night. I haven't scratched for years but after 20 mins in that stuff I was clawing at my skin and now my hands are red raw.

Just had a fab day with old school friends seeing Shakespeare play at The Globe Theatre on the banks of The Thames. No skin problems, no worries, just pure fun. It's what we all need sometimes to forget our troubles.
