Have been a flaker for 48 years. I'm happy in my skin.
Please don't message me, I will report you.

I am seeing some very strange posts relating to a variety of things being rubbed and scrubbed in. Not for me I'm afraid. I await to see the results.

Just spent an hour painting my finger nails. They have little growth spurts every couple of years enabling me to paint them. My toe nails are shot to pieces with psoriasis but my finger nails are just pitted. Anyone else have nail problems?

You could sand down a door with my knee today, it feels that rough!!!!

Do any of you that had steroid creams years ago, now have bleeding under the skin? I constantly have large patches of blood under my skin if I knock it.

Morning All. My hands have gone back down this morning which is always nice to see. I tend to react within hours of eating something I shouldn't, what about you guys?

DUN dun dun another one bites the dust....

Does anyone have a tattoo? I've often wondered how psoriasis would react to one.

I've seen a couple of people talk about the three month skin cycles. Can anyone enlighten me on this please.

I just want to clarify that I would never encourage anyone to cut large food groups in one go. It should always be a gradual change to cause the least amount of stress on your body.

Isn't it weird how we all have the same condition but all react so differently?
Thank you Flaym.
I have never been surrounded by so many with my condition. Having these people I can talk to is the best medicine ever

Ok. Got my Moringa to try. Have assessed and realised that I can cut down on my sugars and pasta intake too. Fingers crossed.

Hello all my lovely flaym friends. I am sure that a lot of you are also getting the same type of messages as me. As you all know what I look like I'm going to remove my pic.😀

I generally don't itch unless I have a very hot bath. I eat sugars in my diet so I am not sure if that is the connection for itchers. I think it's more to do with the layers of skin building up. I don't have thick layers apart from one small one.

So nice to be out in the warm weather this morning dressed like everyone else and not worrying about my skin.

Just seen a fabulous remedy for arthritis. Check out the Gin and raisins remedy...

Having had this for 48 years I am at that point where I no longer want to see anyone about it. Psoriasis has been with every decision I have made from what to wear to wether I should accept an invitation to a do. If I keep this level I'm happy.

I have been so naughty today and I am going to be naughty again later.👿

When applying moisture cream, how much do you apply?
I scoop out a massive handful which although uses it up quicker and takes a while to rub in, it seems to work better.

I must be honest. I am really surprised that people who live in sunny climates have psoriasis. I always thought you guys would be immune.

I used to holiday with my sister and she would glare at all the people staring at me while I pretended not to see them. Half the time they thought I had mozzy bites, but I absolutely hated being stared at.
