Hi Sam, welcome! For years I used prescription cream but it left me with discolored permanent scars. B&B cream from the make-up depts. are helpful. They can be tinted (which covers the scars I have) or plain. They moisturize, have SPF, and cover my scarring. It makes my skin soft as well and the "light" shade is perfect for my skin color. There are several different brands. Hope this helps a little.

For me I have neuropathy in my feet. I have fallen a few times and cracked a couple ribs once. But..I will not use a cane..so I am very careful now. So far so good. doing well! What I don't like is that mine seems to be progressive.

Yes, I have PA and this has happened to me too. Couple surgeries later I am better at some things. I pain a lot but try to ignore. Biofeedback can really help!

Stress will make it worse. Hang in there! I have no qualms about telling my coworkers what's up. I use makeup when I can. I have a sense of humor so "self teasing" has become helpful! My coworkers get it!

Vicky, I have PA, a rheumatologist and a dermatologist. They confer. I take medications, but am careful. I found this site and want to do as much as I can naturally to reduce meds.

What cream? I use [...] cream/grease but the price went from $10/tube to $300 when I went on Medicare. Have some left but use it very sparingly. When runs out what should I try?

My rheumatologist said I could be in direct sunlight for about 10 minutes at a time. It rally helps to at least keep spots smaller. I do take D but only 1000 a day. No idea if helps or not.
