Had psoriasis for years, till I came to live, again, in the south of France, where almost daily sunshine almost cleared it up. still got some but much less often.A liquid to put on it from my doctor helped too. the worst spot was on my naval!!..emb

Yes.I used to have quite a bit of it on my legs (not so noticeable fortunately!) but when I started living near the Mediterranean about 9 years ago, wearing shorts most of the year, my psoriasis disappeared !

Glad it's cleared up a bit. I find sunshine down here on the Mediterranean takes care of most of my psoriasis, I'm lucky!

I've had psoriases for years now, but now it's much less because I think living in a sunny country helps a lot !I don't really cares who sees it on my legs, when I I wear shorts which I do a lot down here in the south of France!
