Living with psoriasis and tinnitus keeps me busy. Sometimes I get really down, but not for very long. I always pull myself back and resume play! When the going gets tough, the tough get going.
I had a couple small places above my ears 2014. June 2015 , I lost my wife to sepsis. Being stressed to the point of panic is when the psoriasis and tinnitus went into overdrive. I had to make the decision to remove life support. I was so devastated. And now dealing with depression and guilt . My scalp is covered except for the top. It has spread to my hands arms knee and rear.
Sorry to hear of your flare up. I can understand your frustration. This stuff just does not cut any slack whatsoever. Mine has been on the rampage now for nearly 3 weeks and spreading like a wild fire. I have been thinking about shaving my head or maybe ask for a scalp transplant 🤔🤔🤪. Hope your flare clears up fast!🙏
I have this problem with glasses. It is really sore. I cut a cloth type band aid down to size. Put it on the area that’s sore. Relief. Sometimes use an ointment on the sore. I also use the knit cloth things. That hang around your neck to hold your glasses when not n use. Psoriasis presents a lot of problems. Hope this helps!
