I found that natural sunlight was the most effective way to go, tanning beds don't put out like the sun does. Unless you are going the Puva route, than you really need to be careful because the drug stays in your system for a long period of time & makes you very susceptible to getting a very bad sunburn.

I started with puva & gradually went to tanning beds & then just waited till summer & let the sun do it's thing, always worked for me, but now I pretty much got on the Bio train & haven't looked back.

Hi Leonie, That is another creature I would love to see in the wild A BEAR, Rocky Mountain National Park is so beautiful Elk, deer, mountain goats & moose are aplenty so I would really like to change things up & get a glimpse of pretty much everything else you mentioned :)

Sorry but I would've loved seeing that, when I go to Colorado every summer I beg to see a Mountain Lion, lucky you :)

Was on Puva back in the 80's, then eventually just started going to tanning beds & laying out in the summer sun. The only reason I regret it, is because my skin is like a magnet to the sun now even without laying out my skin turns dark as heck & I'm on Bio's now so really don't need the sun anymore.

Most of the time I never let anybody get that close to it & see my issue, I just played the shy part big time :( Thankfully Bio's have cured me of that :)

Michelle; I did stop when I switched jobs, I had a 90 day period before Ins. would kick back in & I pretty much had a bad break out on my legs, upper body not so much. My Derm got it back under control in a very short time.

Honestly Michelle I've been on Bio's since 2004 & I will continue till the day I die. Bio's is the only med. I've had luck with. Steroids just thinned the skin for me!

Get some Tar ointment, wrap your self in saraan wrap when you go to bed & good luck. This was 1978! Never went back to that Dr. again! Not what I wanted to hear at 18 yrs. old & 80% covered.

Bio's since 2003, before that mostly tanning beds first part of spring & then natural sunlight in the summer.
