Hey Christine, for me i was straight forward with my skin condition, it didn’t matter to me if he loved me he’d accept me the way I am and if he didn’t then that just means he doesn’t love me enough, and for sure somewhere on this earth ill find the one who will love me with my special skin, but thankfully i was accepted cause that’s what’s partners for to support u through ur tough times! Lots of love!
Hello Christine,I always have in my past told them first as you get to know them,I just bring it up into conversation,Most peope are not bothered as long as it dosnt look like it dominates all your life say with doom and gloom about it i find,,Talk about it positively even if it dosnt feel like that , My partner has psoriasis too so its okay , Always good conversation over it , I wish you well :)
I would say first allergy testing of foods, etc. Then a diet of basic rice diet with reintroduction of foods one thing, one day at a time. I think more knowledge of what steroid creams can do over long term use would be good to give patients. Same with light treatment. I guess working from the inside out before pharmaceuticals. Figure out the root cause, which usually has to do with things going on in the gut, vs just masking it with medications. Some do help for sure. But prescribing something right away is like giving an antibiotic without knowing for sure there is an infection.
hello Christine, its been around 5 month I think now,i gradually cut things out over months, olivio bread spread was the last thing I stopped and that was 3 months I think ago i think?was a gradual thing, my psoriasis is not patchy on my body, more of spots, elbows and knees, hands are usually got plaques on them, now they are tiny assuming that's what it is ?my face has been the issue though starting to look better, could had been flare from the changes I have made, psoriasis has a mind of its own and i can get it anywhere, its a long process making changes but, it does and will pay off for sure :)
Christine I just googled if Moringa can help with Hashimoto's Disease. I'm a big believer now of the benefits of Moringa for pretty much everything. Like Kellysheree commented, I too agree that starting from the inside out is best. I did not do that when I was young. Like I said, and I shared, I have other diagnosed autoimmune diseases. Am I cured? Who knows but God. All I know is I don't use any medications, ointments, eye drops or creams or pain meds. At almost 56 it's the most freedom ever.
