So tired just want to sleep. I feel bad because I think I have it okay compared to everyone on here but my ear! Could sleep great if it wasn't for my darn ear! 😒

My psoriasis has near enough cleared after 25 years.....as soon as I started using Wool bedding. It's fantastic.

Finally got through to my grandmother who complains endlessly about my short hair. I told her my psoriasis drives me crazy if my hair is even 4 inches long (although I like it short anyway, I used my psoriasis as an excuse haha). No more complaints!

I am a marigona of Kosova.I am diagnosed with psoriasis gutata for six months, but I used many different therapies but I did not succeed :( :(

All winter I was able to control it but now that its summer, the inflammation is crazy and the itching has gone on a new level. How do you fight the itching any ideas? The only thing I do when I can is to apply aloe vera gel from my plant.

Has anyone used steroids only to find that the condition only gets worse after they wear off?? I think I'm suffering from this, my condition has only been progressively getting worse, I've stopped all steroid use after doing some research,be careful!

Has any one noticed that, the more you moisturise your patches, the more painful they get after awhile? When I leave mine to get dry and flaky, the soreness calms down.
