Just spent an hour painting my finger nails. They have little growth spurts every couple of years enabling me to paint them. My toe nails are shot to pieces with psoriasis but my finger nails are just pitted. Anyone else have nail problems?

Does anyone else have the constant fight with their own body. My skin starts to get better and I see the results of my strict diet etc. So what do i do? Treat myself to chocolate cake and ice cream of course! Back to square 1 tomorrow I guess 😂😂.

Hi my name is Lee...from the UK ..I now have psoriasis on my hands...terrible flaking skin,,pins and needles and pain when i use my hands. Doctors gave my steroid creams etc..never seems to get better. Ironically I'm a chef not the best look.

With a lot of us talking about diets ( it's a lifestyle for me, not a diet) I just want to say that I am not a health freak. I buy coffee every morning, eat chocolate daily and have two bottles of wine a week. It works for me!
