Light treatment works for a bit. I'm supposedly back in treatment, but I haven't gotten my appointments yet. It used to work extremely well for me, but then didn't do so well. I've been off for 3 years now so I'm hoping the break will clear things up.

Tiny steps. I find all of the diet stuff difficult too. Not all of it affects everyone. I've tried diet on and off and I haven't been able to find a correlation yet. But some people swear by it. My Derm says, it's not food related, but I'm trying to start with gluten free, as I'm allergic to wheat and oats. Think that's a sensible beginning. All the best Jessica. Small steps.

Cougars (Mountain Lions) are around here in Canada. You usually don't see them in the wild though as they are shy of humans. Lots of bears though and they're not shy LOL. I'm on the East Coast, so we only get brown bears. One still should be careful though. My dad has issues with them where he lives. They're there all the time. They come right up to the doorstep and they eat his garden. Not a happy daddy.

Was it a baby? Did it have spots? Cougars are much much larger than a lynx or bobcat. Wouldn't want to be near a baby... momma's probably close and she might very well attack.

The good news is that "generally" cougars don't attack humans (not that I'd wait around to find out). Unless provoked of course. They like their prey a little smaller. :) So puff yourself up and make a lot of noise and s/he will probably wander off. :) Beautiful animals.

Jill, it's a drug used to sensitize the skin to ultraviolet, used with light treatment. Can be take orally or in a bath.

I had PUVA as part of my light treatment. They put it in the bath though. I didn't have an issue. I didn't notice anything to be honest.

Okay, my blood pressure meds were replaced two weeks ago due to a recall on my other one. I think it might be a blocker.... (angiotensin receptor blocker, ARB) no one explained it to me. Usually first up to read about any medication, I failed to do so. I will further investigate. Peeling skin a side show....

No idea Millionways, but I'm allergic to wheat, which is on the P diet restrictions. I'm also allergic to quite a few foods, including oats, oranges, but not lemons.... and other things like wool, cotton, moulds, cats and my number one - bunny rabbits...

I'm not on any beta blockers... I don't think... I'll look closer to what I'm on. I have open sores on pretty much 70% of my arms and legs and bottom and lady bits. I'm stinging, bleeding and itchy. No lemon for a couple of days.... ouch! Not up to self infliction of pain. I know.... I'm cowardly LOL. Happy Sexy Friday !!!
