I posted a conversation and then ran away, so sorry. I was called out to help a client who was hospitalized and hadn't gotten back. Good comments, thanks so much for your feedback. I asked at the time due to feeling a bit low and still struggling with a text message from someone I was dating for over 14 months that said that he was "drifting" because of my P and he wouldn't be seeing me anymore. Made me feel a bit unattractive, and truthfully, a bit like an ugly duck.
So... potatoes are bad... safe there :) can I get a list of possible triggers for people? I realize that everyone is different, but a place to start would be great, as I can't find the connection because I don't have an immediate response. I do a food log, but I can't find a connection. Everything for me is very slowwwww. The only thing I'm confident about is heat and moisture... I would really like to find something that I could control. Thanks y'all. You rock!
OMG, so nice to have someone who's experiencing similar things. Not so nice that you have that too. I don't get infections, but I can't hear so well, as you say... sometimes. My hearing also goes up and down. Had a lot of ear infections as a child. My sons are experiencing things too. My dad lost hearing at an early age. We all have some level of P. After all it has a genetic link. Thank you so much for your input Millionways. I appreciate your feedback. D
I sometimes use Vaseline on the outside of my ear, and what's easily reached. Mine has travelled deep into the ear canal and possibly further. Is there anything that can reach that? My hearing Dr knows nothing about psoriases... From what I 'heard' from her, I have plaque or something affecting or effecting (can never get those right, even though I know the difference, in this case I think affecting) my a ability to hear as well as I should. A build up that is making vibration harder... ? Has anyone experienced that?
LOVE my bath time. Couldn't manage without it. My family and friends say to cool it on the bath... but it's where I truly get to relax. I keep to salts and not bubbles unless they are from LUSH. Their products don't bother me. All natural. I always joke that I did my degree in the bath... but honestly it's not a joke, I did. hehe. Hope the bubbles pampered you greatly fellow bath lover.
