I think the glance was a wtf? But I prefer your interpretation, so I'm going with it! Thanks Michelle.

Spot on ... lol... yes, I usually start at about 11 seconds. I'm very fair. I think I've gotten as high as about 4 minutes. I have to cover my face around 3 minutes. Mine has been combined with tar wraps and puva baths.

The light treatments work well for awhile Mohamd. I did light 5 days a week for close to 4 years, with little breaks in between where things cleared up. It doesn't work long term and eventually you reach your lifetime dosage. I'm about to go back in for a kick start... It doesn't hurt or anything, much like a standing tanning bed. But watch closely, because you can start to burn (like a sunburn) if your technologist isn't spot on.

I'm going to mix up a batch of your spray Ava, maybe that will help. Cool, thanks.

To what extent I understand psoriases and its behaviour... psoriases is a bully and attention seeker. It sneaks in whenever our defences are down. It tries to keep us always thinking about itself. It eases away for a bit and then BAM!! Hehe... I'm still here, Johnny's home!

It was ignorance, so not really her fault. Hopefully my explanation that it wasn't contagious and my deer in the headlights look of needing to escape will make her think next time LOL.

Thank you Ava; not sure if it's related or not. I had IBS when I was younger, but not so much as of late. Things seem to have mostly died down. I will look at the info you sent however as one never knows. So kind of you to suggest it.

Derm considers it severe. About 75% covered. (not all the time, but always to a pretty good degree) Several types, considered an excellent candidate to psoriatic arthritis so I'm also advised. Developed when my husband was dying about 6 years ago. Not really developed I guess... but decided to show up :)

I was a competitive body builder once upon a time. Too old to do it again... but have felt I could have prior to this. Good hobby, but I'm at the gym covered in so much clothing that I'm dying of the heat. :)

No John, nothing different really. I've tried and tried to relate what I eat to my psoriases ... thus far to no success. I do a food log... I should try harder maybe to change my diet, but I haven't really connected anything. I've had food sensitivities since I was about 16... mostly related to bowel symptoms.. I'm sensitive to wheat among too many things to list.... but I haven't found a connection yet to my P. With the warm weather I get hot! I'm covered from head to toe and I'm worse this way. I'm embarrassed to be so covered in the hot weather...

I'm pretty much covered again :( tummy with the exception of a couple of small dots and face, looking lovely. The rest... not so good. I was home and it was hot yesterday, ... I decided I'd run to the store without covering up my arms... It was disgustingly hot! I walk in and all of a sudden the clerk erupted down the aisle following me... she's saying, so loudly and causing a commotion...."what happened to your arms?.... are you okay? (nice of her) ... I said 'it's okay, I have psoriases... not contagious... She keeps going on and on about it... I'm sure she meant well. But holy glory!!! I felt embarrassed. More for her than I, but I won't be making that mistake again soon. But geez, I should be able to go to the store like everyone else.

Michelle, I SO wish I could manage 2 days off in a row more often. I do have 2 off in a week sometimes, but 2 in a row is rare. I care for seniors and they need assistance. Only 27 here, but being on the ocean and a huge rainstorm yesterday, the humidity is through the roof!! My apartment has been relatively cool up to now, but it's getting sweaty. Sweaty is what drives my P crazy. I hear that we're getting your weather upcoming.... Happy Canada Day Michelle, and thank you.

Thank you all. I've resisted replying to all text messages also. Even those with an 'incentive' to take clients today LOL. Bad enough I'm working on Monday which is a holiday for most.

I've done the lemon with some positive results... then I forget or run out and have to start again. SO glad that worked for you Ava. Love it.

Sarah, my Derm says that psoriases has a pattern of affecting both sides in a symmetrical way. Part of how they diagnose it. If I get a spot on one side, I will shortly see a matching on on the opposite side of my body. Interestingly.... If I scratch a spot one one side, I instantly become itchy on the corresponding spot on the other side! So I often scratch double handed.... ugh! I'm pretty itchy right now.
