...feeling happy Michelle @michelle1021
Hi Lisa. The move might be good for you. Stressful yes but think about all the positivity it will bring into your life. To move house and area is stressful but thinking about the possibilities is worth it. Good luck with the new fella, and all you need to do is to bring positivity into your home. Xxx
5 months, no red meat, dairy, caffeine, peppers. Very little sugar, more veggies. My skin is calm, the P is very, very slowly healing. I have spots almost everywhere. More on thighs, arms & backside. I'm now using a high strength vit e oil & a home uvb device. I've had P for 11 yrs, since age 49, have tried several drugs & nothing worked. Drugs are risky & can bring on other health issues. This different way of eating has made a very positive change to my skin. I miss all those foods, but it's worth the sacrifice. You have to stay positive & stay energized - life is still enjoyable, even w/a rash!! Sending love & energy to all my fellow P people!!
I have since February given up wheat/gluten , cow dairy, sugar so no cakes, biscuits (used to be an addict!) bread and no processed food . I eat Vegetables and fruit, fish and chicken and goats Kefir to try and help my gut. Sadly as yet no improvement. My psoriasis is in fact worse as have it in new places also itchy in the evening. I am persevering though as before I have always given up when things don’t work in a few weeks .
