Further to the post Lindakay1948 made regarding things our doctors have said they thought psoriasis was, I did a little research and found the following.

I'm sitting in McDonald's. I brought my service user here for lunch. He has a bacon cheeseburger, fries and Coke. I have a bottle of water. My eating window doesn't start till two plus one meal here would use 90% of today's calories. I hate my life.

I have an Otterbox 3 part cover for my phone. I usually just wipe it over with a screen wipe. Today I removed it, and had a little snow shower of old flakes all over my legs. They've obviously gathered from my ear and built up over time.

I need to lose some weight so big changes to what I eat, but also when I eat. I'm doing what they call intermittent fasting. Not sure if it will impact my P though.

I'm curious, anyone tried over the counter anti-histamine tablets as a way to combat the itchiness from P?

Just been to see the doc about what turns out to be an upper respiratory tract infection. No treatment, just tough it out. However, she spotted the guttae on my arms so checked the rest of my coverage. Bottom line is she wants me to try puva again.

Decided to grab lunch at an outdoor restaurant today. Couldn't resist the goats cheese and pesto salad. It was lovely washed down with some non-alcoholic beer. I just hope I don't pay for it later.

Nothing on my melon for a while now so no malarkey going for a haircut. Today, it caught me out.........

Just when you think you have a handle on things. Plaque P for 40 years, now I get guttae. Last night in the shower, I swear the plaques are fading right down.

I'm out and about with a service user today. We were having lunch in a cafe when two teenagers started making sniggery comments about my arms......

Saw the doc today. He took some blood samples and has referred me to a specialist for possible injections. It won't happen too soon though given the waiting list so I'll need to stick it out a little longer.

I had to give up wearing my watch today, the guttae is getting really bad, arms, legs, bum and most inconveniently, my perineum. I'm walking like I've pee'd myself. I'm losing maybe quarter of a pint of blood a night.

When you get prescribed meds from the doctor, do you take the time to properly read the information sheet they include in the box?
15 Jun 23:53
Question for those with guttae P, when you get cream from the doc, do you put it only on each little area, or simply slather it all over?

Anyone using diet to help control their P, use qorn in their dishes?

Just developed an extremely itchy guttae spot on my right cheek. Been stealthily backing into doorposts and subtly gyrating all day.

Regarding our diet, I have a question, not P related but health related. Does anyone use low sodium salt?
25 May 10:25
I've had plaque P for over 40 years. Recently I've developed guttae on my arms and legs. I found out this morning, guttae normally starts in the late teens. I appear to be an exception to the rule.
24 May 13:14
I found myself wondering what's the thing about P I find the most irritating.
09 May 13:02
Tiniest guttae spot right on the joint of my big toe this morning. Who knew it could sting so much. When I get back home I'm going to moisturise the shit out of it.
