I dont really Flaym, I do more so now though, family members know i have it so, its no problem as having it since birth,Friends couldnt care a less as i dont let it effect my life :),I do hide it the best i can if it gets worse which is usually winter, if people see it, i just say what it is and thats it,I look at it as my problem and not theres . its okay Flaym :)
Flaym I think I know it quite well, but after being on this site I can see that what worked for healing for me, may not work for another. I actually just think of psoriasis as an autoimmune condition. Basically dis-ease in my body. Once I started from the inside then all my other autoimmune conditions got better and some went away completely. I chose not to think of it as something "incurable" or even a "disease"... I look at it as my very smart body telling me something is awry... That's me though and kind of a God thing.
Hi Michelle, Yes it is a light lamp that you hold over a psoriasis patch ... I use it for 3 minutes per patch.. but there are directions that need to be followed depending on what type of skin you have. It totally clears my patches in the winter when I cannot get out into the sun... Check out my blogs .. google my name ... I give more detail.
And yes, they are expensive.. but I have had clear skin now for three years and counting and don't ever want to get it back again.. If I stick to no sugar, no dairy, keeping ph balanced .. and using the sun.... I am in control...
I,ve had p for 5 years. I,m convinced it started with an infection. Once it was diagnosed, consultant prescribed [...] which was effective. Unfortunately, can,t get it anymore. Now have to use hydrocortisone, with far less effect. Most other creams are too strong for me. I also try to be aware of my diet
