Hi Lesley. If you have a bathtub get yourself a bag of sea salt = poolsalt at your supermarket and relax in your bath for half an hour with a kilo of salt. Then rub coaltar ointment or 100% pure Sorbolene cream all over your body. It worked for me.

Sea salt worked for me. My health care provider advised me to buy bags of poolsalt which is sea salt and bathe twice a day, adding a kilo of salt to the bath. Then rub coal tar ointment into my skin once a day and 100% pure Sorbolene cream once a day. It worked for me I'm happy to say.
