I have psoriasis that has given me depression and anxiety. I finished my topical strong cream treatment at the hospital end of August but after going back to work the stress as brought my flare ups in the same spots and bit worse than before ☹️

Has anyone else had the strong cream done by hospital 3 days a week to have worked but month after treatment stopped it come back just as bad. And been told If comes back you have go on medication ?
