Hey Steve. I just got avocado mayo from my daughter at the healthfood store she works at. I love it, but it's really costly. Just smashed avocado works great. I eat avocados pretty much everyday on something. Often I just smash them, add olive oil and that's my salad dressing. I cannot agree with the sardines... I can't even stand the smell. LOL. The carbonated drinks left long ago. I actually tasted a drink of soda pop not long ago. OMG! It was wretched... I do like the carbonation of Kombucha though. Yum! Been trying to find it here without caffeine. They all have green tea in them. I am very sensitive to caffeine and only have my 2 very weak cups early in the morning. I drank the regular Kombucha a couple times throughout the day and couldn't sleep. Might have to make my own I guess with your recipe. We'll see.
Well, you could start small with a Kombucha one gallon starter kit. But unless you buy the juicer, you will be trying to infuse turmeric, ginger, and pineapple into your brew. Maybe that will work, I don't really know. My brew that worked is a 3 to one Kombucha to juice ratio. That means in a 16 oz bottle there is 12 oz of Kombucha and 4 ounces of juice, So it's a pretty good dose of the fermented beneficial juices twice a day. It may work with much smaller doses and daily volumes of the drink, I just don't know. I just started drinking two a day because I really liked it and replaced soft drink and beer consumption with it.
so here is the brewing equipment and approximate cost you will need to potentially cure your psoriasis the way I think I did without meds. I'm not selling this stuff (or anything for that matter) so you have to acquire on your own.
-2-2 gallon glass brewing containers with spigots, I prefer anchor hocking. ~$50
-one gallon wide mouth glass container.~$10
-36 swing top bottles. ~$75
-A bottle tree. ~$25
-10x20 heating mat with controller.~$30
-assorted mason jars.~$30
-4 cup pyrex measuring cup.~$15
so $365 to $465 total depending on what juicer you choose. Just must be masticating.
No promises or guarantees, I'm just sharing what I believe cured my psoriasis after fighting it with creams for years. I can not take meds since I'm on blood thinners for a mechanical heart valve. They all interact with the blood thinners. Regardless, since this worked so well, why mess with meds and creams. I would be great if others had similar results. Still ready to try?
