I tried it but sadly it didn't touch it, but, I think if the p is mild or a small area it would work. Mine at the time was huge, inflamed, too itchy for my own good had to see the quacker , sorry I meant Dr. Having said that, If I had a small area that's not so sore I would def try again.

ok daft question I know, but, after 3 months of this nearly all of my p has now gone!!!!
legs gone, scalp (which was horrific ) very almost gone (98%) gone, butt 85% gone!!!!!!!!!!!! :)) :)

coconut oil didn't work for me either, nor did ACV but, black castor oil did. aveeno cream is also good, got rid of my scalp p with these :)

I have been known to sleep with thick gloves on, so when I scratch it's more like a stroke (like a cat, not heart attack!!) than scratch, oh, you know what I mean!!!!

Lucky you !!! My GP has tried 2 different Vit D creams on me, neither worked :(
Black caster oil is my go - to aid :)

Hi There, yes I will use steroid cream, but very thinly & not as often as Dr,'s say as it's my ears and the skin there is thin to start with.. I prefer to use castor oil & aveeno cream.
keep it simple seems to work for me.
