Debbie, I'm glad to read that you are feeling better. Are you keeping a diary of how you feel? Since Covid-19 is so new, I know lots of folks want to track the long term impact on their health. Good luck!

@Stacy have you tried Coke Zero with no sugar? I never drank diet coke because I think it tasted horrible but Coke Zero is fantastic. I know soda isn't a good choice in general, but as a treat, it is a good choice for me after I've got my daily water intake covered.

I cut out sugar and grains for the last 11 months and I am impressed with the results. I don't itch anymore! I'm also taking meds so it isn't all the diet, but I can definitely see a difference in the shape of my body and in my digestion too.

Joe - I am happy for you and a little jealous that you have a pool to enjoy. Someday I'll live with regular access to a pool. Enjoy the water.

David - how's it going with the stress relief?
03 Jan 21:58
I have strong allergic reactions (swelling lips/tongue/throat) and both US vaccines have caused allergic reactions so right now I'm ok to be low on the list for folks getting inoculated. I haven't heard about the impact of immunosuppressive drug use and vaccines. There are so many variables here.

Tom - that is a lot of weight to lose so quickly! I've been living keto since February and have found it to be rather easy to adjust to. I've lost half of what you have and am very pleased so far. I'm still waiting for some of the health benefits to be more obvious.

Chris - I haven't been on it long enough to know if it works, but so far no side effects. Both my mom and sister take it. My mom for 20+ years credits it with putting her rheumatoid arthritis in remission.

Lady - self acceptance is an ongoing challenge for so many of us. Self love comes next. I wish you ease in your journey.

Randy - looks can fade and be deceiving. I'd much rather be complimented for being smart, funny and compassionate, but thanks.
