Have anybody tried rubbing potato on your P? Read an article about this and a Grandma’s tip: Rub a slice of potato on the skin to soothe skin itchiness.

Being at home, job hunting, going for interviews, I thought my P would flare up. Its actually fading and looking better. My P doesn't miss the air-conditioning at work and loves the sun. Does the air-conditioning affects your P?

I read that avocado is good for arthritis. I love avo and eat it on a regular basis. My arthritis is so much better and I hardly get a stiff finger or feel pain. Maybe it does work?

Being at home, job searching, I thought my P would flare up but its still in good condition. No inflammation and no itching. Guess staying positive and stick to healthy eating is great for my P :)

My toe nail cuticles are very dry, no matter how I moisturize them, it stays dry. Is this part of nail P? It's not sentive nor sore.

Remission of my Psoriasis. When my Psoriasis went into remission for a couple of years, it was likely because my immune system turned off its attack on my body. This allowed the symptoms to fade. Due to emotional stress, it flared up again.

Castor Oil and Psoriasis: I remember as a child my parents used to say, it is good for our immune system and it will flush out all the toxins. 😳😳 Now, I read that it can be used as a topical for Psoriasis.
