I was only 5 yrs old so really didn’t understand what was going on x

Hi sid prickly heat just gets worse so no more light therapy as im just asding to my problems 😂 Hopefully i will find something else that works eventually 🙂

I only had 1 session a week sid just my skin so sensitive they said lol 😂 so just keep carrying on see what else is out there..

Thing is coffee/tea smoking all dehydrated the skin making it more prone to dryness i gave up smoking 6 yrs ago now and although i still have patches everywhere they not as fierce or as widespread as before i only drink tea a few times a day i drink water most the time.. not sure about bananas though....

I got no hope in wales then all it does is rain 😂

Thanks kirk im so used to it now the creams etc dont wven work no more so waiting tonsee if anything new is on the market....

I know for me it can be the water some areas are hard water areas like when i visit my sister she in hard water area my psoriasis go mental and get really dry and horrid despite me using my usual moisture cream

Aww thanks kirk nice of you to say 🙂... I know what you sayin john of i like a person i like them regardless of or if they suffer with anything.. but from past experiances i havent the confidence in myself and the shyness dont help either..

I agree kirk it effects me enormously especially with the opposite sex i just dont have the confidence like some i hate my skin with a passion amd ive tried everything there is to try but you never no one day i suppose the right person will come along eventually...

Well my mam as it. I have it since I was 5 my sister had it started in her 20's and now my son has it at 14 also my grandmother had it too so in my opinion it can be hereditary but not always in everyones case

I know exactly how you feel ive had mine since i was 5 its really bad all over my body my legs and back being the worst hate people staring at me cause they can see them on my arms makes me so slef concious of them wish i jd the confidence of some of the poeple on here...😢

Im exactly the same not easy trying to bring up the subject before they freak out ajd think you got a contagious disease believe me ive had it happen to me a few times ...

I grew up with mine so never knew any different the ones who do have it in my family was just very mild fee spots here and there where mine has always been severe head to toe when i was a child 😢

It has skipped my 2 girls who are the oldest and hit my son he was 13 when i came out on him my youngest shows no signs either feel so bad for my sister n as i know what its like to live with 😢
