I am in my 30's and have had P for over 10 years, i travel a lot and try find new things in my travels, i have more than one type of P, i don't let my P rule my life but it can be a bit tricky to keep the P beast calm.
Sad to hear Rosey, the world can be cruel and hard to keep standing tall and not give in. All we can do now is speak more openly about P and its different types, More people know and understand the more people may change, this includes families / loved ones / friends ,because if they do not understand they can not truly support you .
Well said Michelle and Ava, I have a similar approach to Michelle but i also have some foods/ herbs and spices i eat more of now, like Turmeric with Black pepper (You need the black pepper to digest the Turmerics beneficial properties) and i focus on getting my gut healthy ( intestines) by using a good Pre and Probiotic ( healthy bacteria and food if you will to kep the bacteria going ) . These changes have been the main thing to help me
