How many versions of it do you have? I'm up to 5 now - guttate, inverse, scalp, pustular and most recent, arthritis. I thought I had a frozen shoulder at first but no. The flare lasted about 4 weeks and it's finally calming down now thank goodness

Sugar seems to be a trigger for me. If I stay away from it, everything gets better, not just psoriasis. It's so hard though, very addicted! I've had a couple of long stretches without sugar but the Easter comes around and I'm undone!
