I’ve changed my diet - no gluten, no potatoes, no tomatoes. I’m drinking less alcohol and a lot more water and I’m getting fresh spots. Can somebody help?

I’ve had psoriasis intermittently all my life. My trouble spots which are about 95% covered are areas which store fat and are prone to weight gain. I’ve heard loosing weight and going gluten free and such help drastically does anybody have any advice

There are two things in life that some people take for granted; great skin and hot weather. Suffering from psoriasis and living in damp = not me. But what I have found is that a week in a hot place can semi cure both. Holiday excuse not needed.

Honestly more than 80% of my skin is covered in psoriasis. You just have to remember, it's not everything and it could be worse.
