Had psoriasis forever but weathered the ups and downs.Tomorrows a different story.
Yeah sometimes you have to do what's needed, means medical road unfortunately, but do try no dairy or nightshades,no sugar, or bread, it sometimes help, everyone is different, I eventually had to do the medication route, yep am cleared but side effects suck and numerous blood tests, try foods first if you were not born with it, like, give up alkahol, dairy, sugar, processed foods, one thing at a time, it can clear you
Am doing good, now its psa, Dr's argh, easy load on work atm so not as painful, but can't deny what I need to do, it's not the end of the world Michelle, but was at the time, still no idea about anything and stuff but yeah thanks for listening, hope you having a fantastic time in Ireland ( not sure when you were going) but omg you lucky gal, actually his the lucky one meeting you 😘
Tammy let it all hang out here, believe you me, the people here are great and any questions you have, just ask, so many treatments works for one and not others, so many have this problem yet I knew no one that did and no one understands what we go through unless they have it themselves, and here on flaym we all have it and you will get great support like I do and get great advice. You are not alone!
I wasn't, 4 treatments a week, OK treatments are not long, but place was far away and couldn't do it after work plus heard that it works but only effective for bout 3 mths, for some, some don't work at all, plus the risk of what happens 10 years later, my med way more risky but worked for me and intensive in blood tests etc but that was easier option, not cheaper option, but getting used to it, hope ures works for you and mine works for me, anything is better than what it was like and got results so cheers To us James
