Mine were awful 3 months ago, I starter to take Vitamin D3 20,000iu. 2 tablets a day and it has cleared up my hands, nail and scalp. It took about 4 weeks to start clearing and I started taking it after a tip from at psoriasisBob on Twitter

Less than 12 months ago I tried to comit suicide, luckily I failed. Life is precious Jane, psoriasis is horrible, but there is help. Stay safe and best Jack

Luckily I work from home, I don't think I could ever go back into an office with my psoriasis. I even shy away from company events making silly excuses as to why I can't make it. #AshamedOfMyself

The sole of my left foot is so bad, nothing works and my fingers are nearly all bad too, but I have no psoriasis on the palms of my hands as yet. My scalp seems to be the quickest to react well to treatment it does clear up quickly when I treat it

I drink at least a litre of coconut water a day.

I find my flakes come out worse after showering, heaven knows why?

I use Betascalp every night, it doesn't clear it Judy but it does keep it under control. Wish I could find something that work on the rest of my body 😒
