This may sound strange.. but watch the types of oil you consume. For me... olive oil is ok. And coconut oil. Canola oil (found in everything from cereal to bread to mayo and beyond) makes me ache something awful. Sesame seed oil is next on the bad list for me. You can look up or Google canola oil and joint pain. You will see a whack of surprising articles online. It is worth a food journal for a month...to see what happens when you consume that. Just a friendly thought and it has worked for several of my friends who also suffer from Psoriasis.
