Hi Courtney, everything effects psoriasis and everyone's skin is different. I was told not to go out in the sun without factor 50 sunblock because I'm so fair skinned and it would do more damage. Dermatologist are expensive but can tell you all the do' and don't's. Better safe than sorry.

I've suffered with ps for over 20 years and only now getting it cleared thanks to phototherapy (almost gone). I've never let it stop me with my life, if someone stares at it I explain what it is. You'd be surprised how many people don't know anything about it.

According to a psoriasis website fatty meats white sugar dairy and certain ttpes of vegetables. I found out over 3 years ago when I quit smoking its gotten much better. Again Natalie we are all different and what works for me may not work for you. Trial and error at times.
