I recently tried a Radon bath in Bad Gastein, Austria, which seemed to have a great effect on my skin and is apparently a normal treatment in Austria. Anyone else tried this?

starting this community today, i'm 25 now, first had my patch on my scalp when I was 13, under highly stressful school life. My father side grandpa has it and his sister too, so I think it somehow runs in the blood.

Update on flakes,I been using this steroid cream for 6 days and most has cleared up,Last wk i was sore and cracked on the toxin portal patch, it was large, Its near disappeared,I dont agree with steroids but , this has helped big time, gd day :)

I just purchased some stuff on ebay,Its a cream, think a steroid but i need some of this gone, Trying a test patch on my elbow, its called magic cream lol, not actual name but they call it that, just want to see if the patch disappears? :)

Anyone use avocado oil? I just bought a bottle because of its high smoke point, but I'm now reading it has a lot of nutritional qualities plus is good for both P and arthritis.

Having been stubborn and stuck to light treatment before finally agreeing to try systemic medication, I'm finally onto the holy land - biologics! Only had the first injection but it's looking good so far! :D Clear(ish) skin, here we come!

Sunday PJ day and its rainy..I made a scrumptious Pork Roast and its so quiet out here on the High Plains Desert of Nevada..watching spooky movies,reading. My Psorasis is just ok today as I listen to the zephyr winds

Haven't been on in ages and thought I'd update on results from treatments I've tried. 95% of my body cleared up this summer with it creeping back this winter but less severe
I found a mix of supplements and topical treatments work for me.
