I've suffered with psoriasis since 2012 which started with stress and had it ever since doctors had no idea what it was for over a year they did tests and skin tests to see if I was allergic to something but nothing came up

Way scarred but have a clear bum and legs, sick taking meds but double egded sword, maybe it's worth it as p way backed off , how can a few doses do it,no happy but work all good as they finally realized this is nit a put on, just venting

John's latest post has me wondering. He mentioned scarring. Anyone else have scars or maybe left overmarks. They told me at the UV clinic that some of the discolouration might never go away.

Dietary change helped me a lot, but 1-2 plaques not cleared et al. I want to add more supplements in my diet like collagen powder, L-glutamine powder, slippery elm balk powder.

Wow, I can’t believe I haven’t posted on here for 9 months. I’ve been eating a Keto diet for nearly a year and my plaque psoriasis hasn’t completely cleared up, but it is much better than it was. No itch, no burn, less flakes. Hope everyone’s ok 😊

I watch a TVshow-Dr Pimple Popper. I can relate w/her patients who have been living w/one skin condition or another. Their feelings are so similar to my psoriasis ones. That is a major draw for me. Plus it helps educate people which helps everyone.
