It’s been one year since I started on biologics and I remain completely psoriasis free. The hoops I had to jump through to get here though! Worth it in the end. To all of you who are suffering with Psoriasis, consider biologics, it’s changed my life.

Decorated my daughters bedroom over the weekend today I'm having a day of rest as I tend to get poorly every few months n I wear out quickly half term joys lol

I'm doing a biological treatment (3 injections) and I really smoke a lot. Also I drink coffee.
Do you think will I get better if I stop doing this two habits?
And what about healthy diet?

Hi I’m new to this group last year I under went uvb light treatment and given a load of creams which helped but just resently had another flare up and I think it might be due to my washing power so my question is what wash power/liquid do you use

Hi everybody!! Used to be here regularly a year or so ago. There has been a lot of stress my life. Trying to find balance right now. Had the worst flare up yet and cant seem to get ahold of it. Going to try cbd but need educated on it. Please help

I’m new here and struggle with plaque Psoriasis on my scalp, neck, and stomach as well as inverse Psoriasis on both my upper and lower extremities. The inverse has spread rapidly and is immensely painful. Any tips?

Hi all. I have never written a post. I have had psoriasis for over 40 years. Never had any treatment plan work for me. My new dermatologist is putting me on an injectable biologic. Kind of nervous about it.

Does anyone have the skin breaking down on there fingers. I am not sure if it is P or something else. I have P on my right calf but the only other is that skiing on my fingers crack and split.
