I have noticed that whenever I get a flare from being sick or very stressed, it usually disappears just as quick as it appeared? Well disappears within 2 months. Anyone else the same?

I’m trying with everything that’s in me to make living with P easier, it’s just not and it might never be. I’m just so itchy and there’s flaky skin everywhere and my clothes have blood stains all over.

Lived with it for as long as I can remember... really don't care what anyone thinks. Problem is theirs not mine.
Back in the day I received the worst criticism from myself. Now I think it's part of me. Like my eye colour. Can't change it.... no point stressing... only make it worse

I've had Psoriasis nail since I was 15. It's been misdiagnosed until I was 21. In this time of no treatment my nails have ended up falling off. Some are healing but they don't look normal. Anybody else have this type? Its less common, feeling alone

Developed psoriasis at the age of 83. Finally have it almost under control except for my scalp..Hard to wear dark clothes with flakes constantly falling..any suggestions.

I had psoriasis since 12, basically tried everything (steroidal cream, naturopathic, even acupuncture, nothing worked. The patches grew noticeably larger every few months. Finally 10 years later I found a solution that worked for me: elimination diet
