Developed psoriasis at the age of 83. Finally have it almost under control except for my scalp..Hard to wear dark clothes with flakes constantly falling..any suggestions.

Braved my son's swimming lessons, don't think the chlorine has aggravated my p afterwards. Anyone ever had flares from chlorinated pools? Proud of getting my swimming costume on and baring my p with mums and kids at the pool! *onefortheflaymfamily*

I have a very bad vitamin D deficiency and I really think that it plays a huge part in the problems I have with psoriasis. Does anyone else have the same/similar problems and think that it causes their psoriasis too?

During the summer, time spent relaxing at the beach with the sun and salt water will help my psoriasis.
Does anyone else find this to be true?
Unfortunately, I live on the east coast and can only do this during the summer months!

i have a stoma and when i change the bag and clean around the stoma the skin becomes so itchy
i rub it but the more i rub the more it itches and then it bleeds.
