I cant see your post where you are stating what cured you - I can see you mentioned your starting light therapy is that was your referring to? I undertook light therapy I ended up having 40 sessions- I didn't see any improvement although I did get a lovely tan :-0

To one and all , not been in touch for a while, had phototherapy in my local hospital(university hospital Limerick Ireland). After 20 years of red elbows, knees, one on my shoulder behind my ears etc. All cleared except 3 dots of red barely visible, all gone . No chemicals no pill no thing to it (just do what medical staff instructed.)
Procedure is as follows.(no short cuts , by the book 3 times weekly)
step 1. nurse places a guide on my back which told them my skin type EXACTLY.
step 2. start 1st procedure(I'm fair skinned so 8 seconds) step naked into machine with sock over genetials red glasses on to protect eyes sun cream on lips and special cream on affected area to moisten.
step 3 same again increased 20%
and so on finished after 2 months almost fully cleared .
Sunny day in Limerick went out in shorts and t shirt first time in 20 years.
I hope this helps some of ye.
