You Sir are correct!

Keep positive and take control of the things that you can (diet / exercise / plenty of water / talk about it). I've found my Psoriasis is always worse when I don't look after myself, stop talking about it and put myself in stressful situations. A good balance of the above will help and exercise is great for stress relief!! I joined this group a few weeks ago and it helps massively to know I'm not alone (as sad as it is that others suffer).

The treatment definitely works, I'm afraid you are only allowed a certain amount of treatments because of radiation!

Adam is also correct :)
Hide & seek is not the game here, You need to "embrace" what You are couping with, and then You can fine-tune it with foods, drinks and generally way of life.
I'll bet a bag of money that 1 hour of open talk to somebody about Your feelings, couping, stress and 1000 things that You do just so others are not "disturbed" can get Your psor better than 1 month of any that-will-instantly-heal-You substances.

You are not alone. Uvb light treatment helped for a very short while, but it all came back again with a big bang! Was very disappointed

Beer really makes my psoriasis flare up... really any alcohol! Damn it!! I love to exercise and sadly having a partner who doesn't care really helps... it took me awhile to find him though!

why i dont do light treatment, i gone natural route :)i have heard so many people clearing up from ubv and then it coming back worse, habit changes, eating habits, cut down alcahol . smoking it drys the skin out ,its a choice ,2 litres bottled water a day is a good one and cheap to do, it hydrates the skin, its a choice for all, if one wants to :)

hello hoping, just beware of ubv treatment,i know it works for a lot of people and i seen them come here and say my skin is cleared then come back few weeks later and say its come back and got even worse.i dont want to put a downer on it as its a choice, i hope it works well for you and it keeps clear i really do, if i was religious i would pray for us all, i wish this was a magic wand in my hand. i will try using the force for you :)
06 May 07:44
Yes John I've heard both ways that's it's cleared and come back and cleared and stayed away, so it's worth a try. Feel like I'm doing everything I can 🙏🏼

There are more then 1 type of light treatments. Some work better then others. The 1 that helped me in the past is where you have a psoralen bath first then go under the uv lights. It kept it away for quite a few years. Good luck hope it works for you.

Hi I had the light treatment and it worked and completely cleared up. I was also warned that it can come back even worse. I had my light treatment over three years ago now and although my P has come back it is nowhere near as bad as it was before the light treatment.... so hold on in there ... there is hope

That's great Susie, hoping it goes away and stay away.....looking at booking a trip to abroad for some real sun and sea ☀️
