Yes. I think it's called lichen sclerosus
Sarah @sarahlou
How do you deal with it?
john,Hulk @chewbacca
with great difficulty to be honest,i used to use steriod creams which did relieve it,because of my diet changes now , i hope i can shift it soon, its something to do with lymph nodes in places like armpits and groin area which is harder to shift, heal
john,Hulk @chewbacca
do you get it under your armpits, i used to notice a harden lump in my armpit and can feel quite painful if pushed then it would just go, i had it a while back like a swollen lymph node,if i am correst?
Sarah @sarahlou
I use steroid creams but it doesn't always work you know anything to help it that isn't steroid creams?
john,Hulk @chewbacca
sorry sarah,i dont, i use double base and that dosnt relive it, still makes it sore sorry
john,Hulk @chewbacca
relieve it
Annette Gill @annettegill
I haven't been able to clear up mine just keep it under control. Steroids aren't the answer for me as taking steroids for an infection probably started my autoimmune problem in the first place.
Emma @emmacharters
I use a goats milk cream....and when it's really bad coconut oil.....my limph nodes swell up quite a lot and hurt like hell. My doctor said is wasn't a problem if they go down within a few days.
john,Hulk @chewbacca
thats iteresting emma, glad i am not alone, i know i am not with lymph nodes haha, can be quite painful, had it a lot times in my life, well, i am not alone :)
Doug @Dougly
Hot spicy foods seem to bring on a flare up for me. I also have it in nasty places. Ive used Betaderm 0.05% and 1% strength depending on how bad it gets. Ive had it shift around also. It has to come out somwhere it seems...lol
Ella @ellabear
Used to...it was horrible.h8d it

MicremeH
A+,its a cream
Mike @mikearahi
Interesting that you get the hard lumps in the armpits John, I do as well I wasn't sure if it was psoriasis or not but thought it was something to do with lymph nodes. They can be extremely painfully at times. I even get the odd one or two on my thighs at times they are similar to a boil. So another symptom we have in common John.
john,Hulk @chewbacca
hello mike, yes i asked chris cd about it when i spoke to him and he said thats what it is,privates and armpits are stubborn, dosnt help with the sweating, both those places are hard to shift otherwise rest of me is fantastic with the skin, cant complain,i am experimenting with juice +capsules one a day,i may flare or not, hope not as i flared in winter on 2 a day then i stopped them, i shall see :)
Mike @mikearahi
Yes John I've heard about juice plus capsules as well and some people have had good results on the berries capsules, will be good to see how you go.
john,Hulk @chewbacca
thanks, i will let you know here thanks :)
Susan @godcares
Sarah I did at one time. Many on this site have and they have great ideas. I got better by dealing with all my autoimmune diseases as dis-ease in my body. Started with an elimination diet to get off medication but did lots after that too. If you want it just message me. Thanks and welcome to your Flaym Family.
Alina @ali
Yes. I had it in my private areas years and years. It was such a pain to even think I need to go to the bathroom....
Sarah @sarahlou
I feel you there I've been single for 6 years and wonder if anyone would want to go near there once they see how red it is π
Sarah @sarahlou
What sort of juices and vitamins do you use john to help it? I have it on my armpits too I'm using Enstilar and I have started getting it on ny face and down my back π doctors are useless here they have no idea. They just keep giving me steroid creams.
Alina @ali
I would stop the Enstilar ASAP. Stop and full stop :) to any steroids and topical creams. I have it since 2006... intimate parts, armpits, full scalp covered, and 80% of the whole body. Trust me, you do not need those things. It can be reversed in natural ways.
Alina @ali
Mike and John, feel free to try Curcumin95 or the lumps. Or simply minimum 80g of turmeric consumed daily. Detoxamin. Detox for blood and liver. Eat green vegetables, bio, self-grown. fix the gut also.
Sarah @sarahlou
So what's best to use coz I'm suffering badly and it's starting to get really uncomfortable and sore
john,Hulk @chewbacca
Yes i been on lifestyle changes for years now Alina , eat lots of veggies, i dont do dairy or breads, gluten etc , if i am away then i dont care , I have turmeric, ginger black pepper, put turmeric in my meals,,Sef grown is impossible for me, organic is best if you can source trust what you are buying, I have helped many in the past here to reduce their symptoms with psoriasis, steer clear of tomatoes too lol and sugar , i could list everything here but most find it too hard to do as it is, its a lifestyle not a diet,My arthritis was great for years now i got rhumatiod arthritis, psoriatic which i controlled, psoriasis and a piece of crap mesh in me lol, Thanks :)
Alina @ali
Yes, a lifestyle indeed. It's a self-management path, a continuous one.
