Hi all hope you've all had a good day ๐Ÿ™‚ Have to stop my light therapy now because its giving me prickly heat ๐Ÿ˜ž Cant win either way lately back to the drawing board i suppose x

Thanks kirk im so used to it now the creams etc dont wven work no more so waiting tonsee if anything new is on the market....

I hear yeah, the only thing i know really works is dry heat like over here Arizona would be a great place foe people with the shit we have

might be worth cutting back the number of sessions a week you're doing with light treatment and maintain your current state rather than try to eliminate it completely. Your skin needs time to recover as well, so if you're on 3 sessions a week, reduce them to one or two and it should be good.

I only had 1 session a week sid just my skin so sensitive they said lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ so just keep carrying on see what else is out there..

How have your sessions been now? If you've persisted, hopefully they've told you to drink a ton of water as this can combat prickly heat. Also, don't take hot showers in the evening as this will make the feeling worse. You'll find that having it just warm will be enough for you to feel the water is hot.

Hi sid prickly heat just gets worse so no more light therapy as im just asding to my problems ๐Ÿ˜‚ Hopefully i will find something else that works eventually ๐Ÿ™‚
