Treatment

Guys there was a medical trial a couple of years ago, with Vitamin D3, I have been taking D3 20,000 IU that I bought online for about £12. Goodbye psoriasis and I feel like a new man!! If you are going to try make sure you get IU not UG.

20000 iu that seems like a lot? I have the drops as well and it says 1000 per drop. I wasn't sure how many too take

The nurse had me start taking those when I was pregnant 4 yrs ago, and said I should probably take them for the rest of my life, hasn't taken mine away but I'm sure it's helped so I continue to do it 😊
