To my fellow tattoo lovers.. do not get a tattoo during a flare up! I have several tattoos and I guess had them done during remission. But got a half sleeve during a flare up and oh boy 😑 It got so bad! Time them carefully!

Touch wood I've always been lucky with my tattoos always kept them really moisturised though x

I've got 7 tattoos and when I was last in phototherapy the nurse said that getting a tattoo can help the skin. I did think it was odd advise. I will wait for the flare-up to go down before I get more
