I put a few drops of olive oil in my ears. It helps to stop the skin sticking to your ear drum.

Go to dermatologist and fluocinoide liquid. And merneral oil from pharmacy. Mix it half and half. Use rhe bottle the fluocinoide bottle with the drip end. Just squirt it on your ear and apply with QTips.
Make sure you take shower 1st. Clean your ears wax..etc..
