...feeling insecure Amber @amber90
Hi i have just joined! :)
I have Psoriasis on my scalp badly and also my ears. And a little bit on my lower legs. It is awful as i cannot put my hair up due to worrying about my ears and also never wear black.
Any tips or tricks?

I still wear black, if i'm going out to a social function , I soak my hair thoroughly, use the medicated shampoo, put loads of coconut conditioner on and comb through my hair with a nit comb that removes loads of the excess skin. if your still worried, wear a white shirt/blouse, and a skirt/trousers that readily dismiss flakes , so no wool/chenille type fabrics. Hope this helps.

Welcome to the community Amber! My scalp is alright-ish at the moment. Funnily enough I just bought a black suit -- right now I just brush any runaway flakes off when no one's looking!

Me too Amber.

Tried everything for a decade and a half. Only thing that worked was eliminating nightshades from my diet. Also going vegan.
Half of my skin cleared up within a few months.
