Itch, coping

Had clients at anchor on the boat yesterday. They demanded we do 1 shot of vodka with them, 3 bottles and a several hours later we finished. Now the waiting game for the massive flare up!

I know about that all too well Lawrence,i had people trying feed me with sweets saying, go on go on it wont hurt you last weekend ,I had to do a sambuka shot last weekend too, was nice though :) that sounds stressful waiting for flares, think the waiting game is what may flare it, especially if you are on spot watch, I am doing that a lot now haha :)

Yea I know the feeling all too often in my line of work! It's so easy to give in to the pressures... but you also have to remember that you have to let your hair down every now and then!

I totally agree... We have to let our hair down. I know when I recently did 2 nights of crap food, although my psoriasis didn't get worse, I just felt like crap. Lesson learned. We are doing another girl thing on Sunday with my peeps around the pool. I told everyone, NO CRAP! They all totally agreed. Fruits and veggie's and protein. Might make a big thing os salad, and fresh corn on the cob. OMG! The corn right now is to die for!

Lover of water and outdoor activities, kite surfing and surfing mad! Got P. 2 or so years ago and am trying to not let it stop me doing what I love. Life has it's ups and downs, just like the waves in the ocean.
