...feeling hopeful Christine @christine10

Back with impressions over Dr. Pagano's book. I haven't finished it yet but until now i think all the advice given can be applied by any person on this planet -sick or not- for a healthier life. If interested I will post some lists with what to eat.

hello Christine, its been around 5 month I think now,i gradually cut things out over months, olivio bread spread was the last thing I stopped and that was 3 months I think ago i think?was a gradual thing, my psoriasis is not patchy on my body, more of spots, elbows and knees, hands are usually got plaques on them, now they are tiny assuming that's what it is ?my face has been the issue though starting to look better, could had been flare from the changes I have made, psoriasis has a mind of its own and i can get it anywhere, its a long process making changes but, it does and will pay off for sure :)
