hello lucy, it is a choice but, I changed lifestyle and things have improved,it takes some time but, its worth it,i cut red meats out,sweets,cakes etc all diary including spreads, sugar,citrus fruits,,gluten and wheat , alcohol,smoking is probably one of the worst things,i gave up smoking for e cigs and have one night every 2 weeks of madness or badness with drinking,psoriasis is not from the skin but,from within us ,its what we psoriatic people do that makes psoriasis of the skin happen,lifestyle changes are a choice a choice for everyone, I wish you well and hope you find a solution lucy

I also do suppliments aswell lucy,i take vitamins to replace lost vits that I don't have from food anymore like diary,so I take calcium,vit d3, iron and also moringa powder,2 litres to 3 litres of bottled water or filtered water a day is very helpful :)
