Hello...can we take pumpkin...is it allowed to a psoriasis patient..

Yes... You can have pumpkin. Avoid black gram,salt,sugar,citrus foods, curd, non veg (you can have small fishes) , avoid radish, ladies fingers too.

Hi Pooja, Pumpkin seeds are great for us. You know, psoriasis is a gut related disorder and pumpkin seeds can do a whole lot of good things for the gut. Go ahead!!

Also, pumpkin seeds are highly alkaline in nature and hence, eating these seeds can shift the body pH towards optimum pH range (7.4- slightly alkaline)
